I knew from the start that I was not interested in college. This program helped me settle on a career as a diesel mechanic and helped set me on a path to make it happen.

Module 1
Introduction to the Program
This week, your student will get to know their coach and guide, Lesa. Your student will get a general overview of the program which will set them up for success. Lesa and your student will discuss why each tool used throughout the program is essential to determining their career choice.
They will receive a key code for their MAPP career assessment and discovered some career possibilities to explore. Your student will use these career options and others as they move forward with the program.

Module 2
Guiding Points (part 1)
Your student has spent a lifetime developing skills, finding hobbies and interest, and developing motivational skills. In this module, they will add to their knowledge of themselves with the Kolbe Index – “How You Work” assessment. By taking the time to discover how they work and their motivating skills, your student will understand what they like to do and why they do things the way they do.

Module 3
Guiding Points (part 2)
Everyone has values, both personal values and career values. These values are guidelines for our life and work. By becoming aware of these important factors, your student will learn to use them as a guide to make all of their important decisions. This module will show your student how to use these values to become more self-aware and make better career decisions.

Module 4
Soul Imprint
Our personality says so much about who we are. The more your student knows about themselves, the better able they are to understand others and determine the best way to interact with those they work with.
In this module, your student will use two DISC profiles: 1) This is Expected of Me and 2) This is Me to help them understand how they see themselves and how they think others see them. Your student will also discover their Movement Type by watching videos specifically designed to resonate with their inner movement.

Module 5
Spiritual Gifts
God created us with a plan in mind. We are imbibed with natural gifts given at birth and spiritual gifts given to us by the Holy Spirit. Our gifts are to reflect God’s plan in every aspect of our lives, including the workplace.
In this module, your student will take our Spiritual Gift Assessment which will provide them with a list of their Motivational Gifts, Ministry Gifts, and Manifestation Gifts.

Module 6
Putting It All Together
In this module, your student will start putting it all together. They will break down everything they’ve learned throughout the program and see how it all fits into God’s plan. Once your student has all the pieces and has learned a lot about themselves and God’s plan for them, they will schedule a time for one-on-one coaching with Lesa to talk it through.
